Order Processing
We process all orders placed before 10 AM CET on the next business day. Please allow 24–48 business hours for your order to be picked, packed, and handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Regions & Rates
We currently ship only within the EU (no PO Boxes).
SPAIN
Rate: €4.
Transit: 3–4 working days after processing.
UKRAINE
Rate: Free.
Transit: 3–4 working days after processing.
REST OF EU
Rate: €8.
Transit: up to 7 business days after processing.
Free Shipping: All orders over €200 qualify for free standard delivery.
Tracking & Delivery Attempts
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Address Changes
To change your delivery address after shipment, please email us immediately at contact@theodoraextra.com. Any rerouting fees charged by the carrier will be billed to you.
Delivery Estimates & Delays
Transit times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, strikes, weather, or other force-major events. Theodora Extra is not liable for delays beyond our control.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. Any re-delivery or returns will incur additional shipping charges.

Return & Refund Policy
Your Right to Return
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
How to Request a Return
Email us at contact@theodoraextra.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief reason for the return
We’ll review and, if everything’s in order, send you a PDF return label within 1–2 business days.
Returning Your Items
- Return shipping is at your expense, except when we have sent you a wrong or faulty item (in which case we’ll provide a prepaid label).
- Drop your parcel at any carrier of your choice within 14 days of delivery.
- We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your package arrives safely.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a full refund, returned products must be:
- Unused, unworn, and with all original labels/tags intact
- In their original packaging
- Free of stains, odors, scratches or any other damage
- Shipped back within the 14-day period
Note: We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that arrive damaged, soiled or late. Such parcels will be held at our warehouse and you can collect them (or arrange shipping) at your cost.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You’ll get an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know in your initial return request—we’ll reserve stock and ship out your replacement as soon as we receive your return.
